Angel Rivera was very helpful in finding a comfortable rental home for me and my family. Angel was very responsive to all inquiries and very receptive to our needs. Angel negotiated a fair price with the landlord, on our behalf. Angel verified the home was up to standards, and saved us multiple trips to Ave Maria from Key West. He took his time explaining all aspects of the rental agreement. I will definitely conduct business in the near future with Angel Rivera. Best real estate agent I ever worked with by far.

Agent was a neighbor. Outstanding service considering we already moved to NC. Assisted me on hiring a law firm to do a remote closing. Angel stopped to check on the house many times during repair process and always kept me informed on issues old and new. He knew HVAC repair, plumbers and a cleaning company.

Angel was absolutely great to work with. He was at very showing, appraisal and inspection. His Patience was appreciated and tested especially since we had 2 deals fall through. But he hung in there through the end. I would recommend him to anyone. Mark Minges
