I had flown to Florida to look into buying a home in Ave Maria and had made an appointment with Angel Rivera. The plan to build did not suit my needs, but this representative impressed me so that I said I would contact him if I ever needed further assistance in Ave Maria. As time passed, I needed to sell my lovely home on Roma Street & called Angel for this. He was professional, yet personal enough to caution me in areas for which I was not aware. He led me through the entire selling process (am currently working at home as an injured Covid Supervisor). Angel & Jeannie Rivera would make anyone feel safe & completely surrounded in each step of the selling process, even when my schedule & health issues caused appointment issues. Angel was a thorough professional, with that right amount of personal care, which did not intrude, respected my needs & completed everything with all the help needed to conclude a timely, finely executed sale. There are many superlatives which could further support my absolute appreciation for this outstanding gentleman - a real credit to this profession, but suffice to say, this was the best encounter I have experienced in the Real Estate world. Mr Rivera deserves every consideration & success. In a world of pushy salespersons, exaggerated claims, and frustrating issues - he is the finest example of Professionalism, a true gentleman, and kindly considerate of his fellow man.
